Imposter syndrome — il-sentenza li int frodu li ma tappartjenix, minkejja evidenza tal-kompetenza — hija estremament komuni fost l-iżviluppaturi (anke dawk bl-esperjenza ħafna). L-għarfien tagħha u l-ġestjoni tagħha huma importanti għall-benesseri u l-kunfidenza.
X'inhi l-imposter syndrome
IMPOSTER SYNDROME = persistently doubting your abilities and feeling like a "fraud" who
will be "found out" — despite real competence/accomplishments:
→ "everyone else knows more", "I just got lucky", "I don't really belong"
→ discounting your achievements; attributing success to luck not skill
→ it's a FEELING, not reality — and it's extremely common in tech.
Għaliex hija komuni ħafna fit-tech
→ Tech is VAST → no one knows everything; there's always more to learn → easy to feel behind
→ Constant exposure to others' expertise (skilled colleagues, experts online) → comparison
→ Fast-changing field → always something new you don't know yet
→ Many talented people feel this way → you're NOT alone (even senior/expert devs feel it)
