Slow pipelines are costly:

Teknik optimasi
✓ CACHING — cache dependencies (node_modules, pip, Maven) between runs → don't
re-download/rebuild every time (often the biggest win)
✓ PARALLELIZATION — run independent jobs/tests in PARALLEL (not sequentially)
