Mencegah burnout
✓ SUSTAINABLE pace → avoid chronic overwork/crunch; marathons, not sprints (long-term)
✓ BOUNDARIES → work/life separation; disconnect after hours; protect personal time
(especially important with remote/always-on work)
✓ Take BREAKS and time off → rest, vacations, recovery (don't skip them)
✓ Manage WORKLOAD → don't overcommit; say no; communicate when overloaded
✓ Maintain LIFE outside work → relationships, hobbies, exercise, sleep, health
