✓ OVER-COMMUNICATE → share progress, blockers, decisions proactively (silence is invisible)
✓ WRITE WELL → much communication is async/written (PRs, docs, messages, chat) → clear
writing is crucial
✓ Be RESPONSIVE and reachable during agreed hours; set expectations on availability
✓ Use the right MEDIUM → async (chat/docs) for most; calls/video for complex/sensitive topics
