OVERALL STATUS → 🟢 on track / 🟡 at risk / 🔴 off track
PROGRESS → what got done since last update
NEXT → what's coming up
RISKS/BLOCKERS → what could go wrong / what we need help with
DECISIONS NEEDED → anything requiring stakeholder input
