→ INFLUENCE through expertise, trust, reasoning, and relationships (not commands)
→ being RIGHT isn't enough → you must PERSUADE and bring people along
→ "How do I get the team/org to adopt this / make this decision?"
→ influence is a key senior skill (impact through others, not just your own work).

✓ Lead by EXAMPLE; demonstrate value (prototypes, results) — show, don't just tell
