સારો સુવિધા એટલે દરેક ઈવેન્ટ તેના હેતુને તેના સમય-બૉક્સમાં હાંસલ કરે અને ટીમને ઊર્જા મુક્ત કરે, નિર્ણય નહીં. Scrum Master સુવિધા આપે પણ પ્રભુત્ત્વ જમાવે નહીં — લક્ષ્ય ભાગીદારી, સ્પષ્ટતા અને દર વખતે ઠોસ પરિણામ છે.

- State the goal of the event in one sentence at the start
- Keep a visible time-box; park off-topic items in a "parking lot"
- Draw out quiet voices; politely cut tangents and dominators
- Rotate formats (e.g. retro styles) to avoid autopilot
- End with explicit decisions / actions and an owner for each
ઠોસ ઉદાહરણ
સ્ટેન્ડઅપમાં જે હંમેશા 25 મિનિટ ચાલતું હતું, Scrum Master એ "walk the board" ફોર્મેટ આધારણ કર્યો જે Done ની નજીક આઇટમ્સ પર કેન્દ્રિત હતો, અને સમસ્યા-નિવારણને 10-મિનિટની સ્લોટમાં તે બાદ તેમના માટે આગળ ખસેધો જેઓ તેની જરૂર હતી. સ્ટેન્ડઅપ્સ 12 મિનિટમાં ઘટી ગયા.
