Burnout भनेको के हो
BURNOUT = a state of physical/emotional EXHAUSTION from prolonged stress/overwork:
→ chronic exhaustion/fatigue; CYNICISM/detachment; reduced effectiveness and motivation;
dread, loss of passion
→ builds up OVER TIME (not just being tired one day)
→ a serious risk in tech (intense work, long hours, pressure, always-on culture)
Burnout रोकिने उपाय
✓ SUSTAINABLE pace → avoid chronic overwork/crunch; marathons, not sprints (long-term)
✓ BOUNDARIES → work/life separation; disconnect after hours; protect personal time
(especially important with remote/always-on work)
✓ Take BREAKS and time off → rest, vacations, recovery (don't skip them)
✓ Manage WORKLOAD → don't overcommit; say no; communicate when overloaded
✓ Maintain LIFE outside work → relationships, hobbies, exercise, sleep, health
✓ Find MEANING/enjoyment in work; manage stress; address chronic issues early
