Descrierea instrumentului de decodare html
Codificatorul de caractere HTML convertește toate caracterele aplicabile în entitățile HTML corespunzătoare. Anumite caractere au o semnificație specială în HTML și ar trebui convertite în entitățile HTML corecte pentru a le păstra semnificația.
