A: I fixed the prod bug first (highest impact + urgent), told my manager the
launch work was at risk if I took on more, and scheduled his request for the
afternoon. I posted the order in our channel.
R: No surprises, the launch held, and the manager re-prioritized his ask once he
saw the tradeoff.
