Sprint Planning 是启动 Sprint 的事件，**决定可以交付什么以及如何交付**。整个 Scrum Team 参与其中，对于一个月的 Sprint，时间限制为最多八小时（对于更短的 Sprint 按比例减少）。

## 为什么这很重要

Planning 回答三个问题并产生两个输出：
